All new entrants or staff members who have changed their status must complete the following steps:
- Have the required institutional accounts, depending on their status:
- amU account and amU email address: see the amU procedure.
- CNRS account and CNRS email address: see the CNRS procedure.
- Read the institutional documents: internal regulations, GDPR, User lifecycle management policy .
- Download and complete the iSm2 entry form.
- Submit the completed and signed entry form to the iSm2 Executive Office. Any incomplete or unsigned entry form will not be processed.
- Notification of intranet account creation is sent to the email address provided by the staff member on the entry form (please also check your spam folder).
This process enables the administrative registration of the staff member within the Institute of Molecular Sciences (iSm2), access to the iSm2 intranet, and access to internal information distributed via mailing lists.
