Purpose
This document describes the procedure to obtain and activate an Aix-Marseille Université (amU) account. An amU account is required to access the digital services of Aix-Marseille Université.
Obtaining an amU Account
The creation of an amU account is carried out by the Human Resources Department (amU HR) after receipt and registration of your contract or agreement.
AMU Staff Members
Send your contract to amU HR by email in order to initiate the creation of your amU account and your professional amU email address.
CNRS Staff Assigned to the Unit
Administrative data are automatically transmitted by CNRS to amU. A processing delay of a few days may occur between registration by CNRS and integration into the amU information systems, which is necessary for the creation of the amU account and the professional amU email address.
