33rd SCT–Young Research Fellows Meeting – 11–13 February 2026
The 33rd Young Research Fellows Meeting (YRFM) of the Société de Chimie Thérapeutique will take place from 11 to 13 February 2026 at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Aix-Marseille University.
Since 1994, this event has brought together young European scientists and international speakers to discuss the latest advances in medicinal chemistry, including chemical biology, nanotechnologies, synthetic methodologies and diagnostic tools. The 2026 edition will address current scientific challenges and emerging perspectives in the field.
Plenary lectures will be delivered by Dame Ijeoma Uchegbu (peptide nanoparticles), Silvia Ortega Gutiérrez (chemical probes), Olga Iranzo (cancer therapies), Mehdi Bennidir (natural products) and Paolo Melchiorre (photochemistry).
The programme will feature oral communications, flash-poster sessions and poster sessions, along with professional development workshops including mock interviews, CV guidance and advice on funding opportunities. Awards will be given for the best oral and poster presentations.
The registration deadline is 17 December 2025. Registration fees are €60, and an affordable accommodation option is available at €65 for two nights in a double room, bookable during registration.
Abstract submission is now open. Oral and flash-poster abstracts will undergo peer review, while all poster abstracts will be accepted. The official language of the meeting is English.
