Procedure for New Entrants

Obtaining an AMU Account

1. Obtaining an AMU Account and a Professional Email Address
   • Before registering on the iSm2 intranet, make sure you have an AMU account and a professional email address.
   • These credentials will allow you to access Aix-Marseille University's Digital Workspace (ENT) and the iSm2 intranet with the same AMU account.
2. Procedure to Obtain an AMU Account
   • Go to the AMU HR department with your contract.
   • The HR department will provide you with a document containing your AMU credentials and professional email address.
3. Activating Your AMU Account
   • Once you have your credentials, activate your AMU account and change your password on the website: sesame.univ-amu.fr by following the dedicated tabs.

Registering on the iSm2 Intranet

Important: You must have a professional email address before you can register on the iSm2 intranet.

1. Once your professional email address and AMU account are activated, complete the iSm2 entry form and submit it to the iSm2 secretariat.

2. Your account creation will be notified to the email address you provided on the entry form (please also check your spam folder).

3. Once you receive your account, you will be able to access the intranet.
