Excursions & transport
The organizers propose several excursions during the Conference that you can purchase, mainly for accompanying persons. You can find more details about those excursions on the “Social events” web page. Please note that excursions must be booked and paid before the Conference. No reservations can be made on site

Please note that all tours are based on a minimum number of 25 participants. If a tour has to be cancelled due to a low number of participants, the tour fee will be refunded in full. All refunds will be processed immediately after the conference. The organizers will also manage conference services and provide assistance to the participants during the conference.
|7-days pass (metro, tramway, bus and boat shuttle)
The 7-day pass may be used on the whole metro, subway, bus network inside Marseille during 7 days. You cannot use it from the Airport. You can use it from Marseille Train Station, as well as between your hotel and the conference venue everyday. If purchased, the pass will be included in your welcome packet when you arrive at the conference venue. You can find more information about transportation in Marseille on the conference website, or on the Public Transportation Company in Marseille. In summer time, a boat shuttle between Vieux-Port and "La Pointe Rouge" starts every 40 minutes. NEW: a boat shuttle will go from Vieux Port to Estaque every 40 minutes. This journey (from 7 am to 10 pm, free with the 7-days pass) takes 25 minutes and offers beautiful views of the city from the sea..
For registration fee and companion program: Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Atout Organisation Science by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by fax (+33 (0)4 96 15 12 51). For cancellation requests received by April 16, 2013 (inclusive), the registration fee minus an administration charge of 50 Euros will be refunded after the conference. For cancellation requests received after April 16, 2013, or if the participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee must be paid and there will be no refund.
